Provide Accident Investigation coaching and quality assurance

In order to obtain international accreditation and more importantly in order to embed the skill learned at the course by actually using the methodology, each trainee is required to produce two reports in Tripod Beta format. It has been demonstrated that trainees become most proficient by having one on one coaching during the production of a report (eg during the actual investigation). This is conducted by e-mail at three stages during the investigation.

• When the investigation plan has been constructed
• When the tree has been validated
• When the underlying cause analysis has been completed, but before submission to management
