I attended training run by John for Tripod Beta Practitioner in 2005 (incident investigation & latent failure analysis, held in Malaysia), to upskill but also to evaluate the course for use in the company I worked for in New Zealand. John structured the training pragmatically & efficiently with a good balance of theory & practice. John's manner of delivery was organised, relaxed & extremely knowledgeable. Subsequent to this John was contracted to provide this training to selected personnel of the company I worked for in NZ, and the course was exported to NZ for this purpose. Feedback obtained from the participants of this training was very positive. A worthwhile & focussed training programme run very professionally
