Learning outcomes
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

• Understand and articulate the organisational requirements for having a professional Incident Response Mechanism,
    - including appropriate functions,
    - roles and responsibilities,
    - incident ownership guidelines,
    - initiative guidance etcetera.
• Describe general Terms of Reference that reflect the organisation’s characteristics.
• Describe the key elements of the Risk Management Process.
• Understand the positioning of Tripod methodologies (Beta, Delta, Sigma) amidst other proactive and reactive approaches such as Bow Tie,(H)FMEA, RCA and others
• Understand the function and use of, and arranging an organisation specific version of a Risk Assessment Matrix
• Understand the decisions necessary to initiate an investigation in accordance with Terms Of Reference
• Actually embark on an Incident Investigation and Analysis Process
