Intentional Relationships & Collaborative Contracting

We facilitate breakthroughs in interpersonal relationships and behaviours thus helping organisations to bring authentic relationships into business transactions. We do this by coaching the parties to make conscious choices in how they will behave toward each other and then to transparently communicate these intentions so that there is no possibility of misunderstanding the other.

Once communicated we facilitate agreement between the parties on mutually acceptable commitments to each other.

Whilst this approach is most common in the context of Collaborative Contracting such as Alliancing or Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), we also facilitate the same approach in hard money contracts.

We facilitate Intentional relationships between the Leadership Team and the Management Team and between the Management Team and other Teams within the organisation; We also facilitate intentional Relationships between the Management Team and their individual team members and we coach team leaders to facilitate their direct reports holding intentional relationship conversations with their team members.
